3. LENGTH OF STAY
High season:                  the prices are intended for a minimum stay of 5 days
                                          in apartments  and 3 days in rooms.
Low and mid season:    the prices are intended for a minimum stay of 3 days
                                          in the apartments and 2 days in rooms.

4. SUPPLEMENTS AND REDUCTIONS
Breakfast               Rooms: (sweet, salty) included, lactose-free and gluten free on request
                            Apartments: excluded (15€/day on request)
Linen change         Every 5 days (bed)
                            Every 3 days (bath)


5. TOURIST TAX
In the Municipality of Soave the tourist tax is of 2 Euro/person*day.  
The tax is calculated for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights a month and has to be paid at the time of the check-out.
If the nights are in the same month there is no tax for the days  following the 5th.     
No tax for children under 14 years.

6. CHILDREN
Children are welcome in our facility. In each room we can add a cot or a small bed, even an additional bed in most of them.
Apartments are for at least 4 people. The structure is particularly suitable for families with children, boys or girls.
In the swimming-pool area younger guests will find towels with the images of their most loved cartoon characters, games, small tables and chairs.
Indoor games, colors and coloring pages are also available for them.
At breakfast for the little ones there are high chairs, bottle warmer, suitable crockey and cutlery.

7. PETS
At present we can accomodate only small and medium size pets.
When booking please tell us the presence of pets and ask if the following room is available.
For the pets there can be a big basket with a soft pillow, diapers and two bowls for water and food.
We hope the pet owner will take care not only of food but also of cleanliness and ensure the pet does not disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests.
The pet cannot be left alone in the room, must be kept on a leash outside and not free on the lawn surrounding the swimming pool.
In the rooms there is an extra charge of 10 euros per day.
In the apartments it is included in the final cleaning (50€/day)
We wish both our human guests and animals a pleasant stay and thank  for their collaboration.

8. BOOKINGS
Booking can be done by mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or by booking engines.
It will be valid only after our confirmation and after receipt of a comfirmatory deposit with the name of the guest who is booking and the reason for payment.
The comfirmatory deposit is the 40% of the total cost of the booking and it can be paid with credit card or bank trasfer.
The deposit follows as written in the Art. 1385 and 1386 of the Civil Code.
Instead of the deposit you can give the credit card number and information valid for payments.


9.CANCELLATION
No charge for cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
For cancellation after the 7th day prior to arrival the guest will be charged of 100% of the total price.   

10. HOW TO PAY

- Cash to the maximum of 1999 Euro (D. L.201/2011)

11. CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN:              from 2.00 p.m.  to 7.00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT:           within  11.00 a.m.

The reception is available from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m and from 2.00 p.m to 7.30 p.m.  
Kindly tell us the time of your arrival.
Arrivals between 8 p.m and 23.00 a.m must be reported promptly.
Arrivals in these hours will cost and extra of 20€ ("late arrival fee")
In case of arrival outside reception time or of unexpected events please call +39 366 359 3823.
We do not accept arrivals after 23.00 hrs.

12. RESPONSIBILITY
In this website we try to give accurate and complete information. However we do not assume any liability or give any guarantee with regard to the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of information made available.
We reserve the right to change the information without previous communication. No liability for the information published on the booking engines.
